LOCAL BREAK-MEAT FROM TÜNKA

Meat from tünka is an authentic dish that was found out because our ancestors were looking for a way to preserve food. It is a cold appetizer in the form of the cold plate. It is pork meat that was marinated for 14 days. Then the meat is smoked and backed in the oven. The meat is placed in a tünka - a wooden pot, together with minced lard. Minced lard is a white spread, which is prepared from cured bacon, which after cooking had been cut, salted, cooled and minced.
