Meat from Tünka
Meat from tünka is a famous culinary specialty of The Destination Jeruzalem Slovenija. The basis is suitably large, best pieces of pork, which the butchers salt and immerse in brine for 14 days. The meat should be turned daily during marinating. Then the meat is smoked, baked in the oven, cooled and put in a tünka - a wooden pot together with a minced lard. The air has no access.
